In-Store

CPU has a centrally-located Service Center. We offer in-store service for all your computer repair service needs. A comprehensive diagnostic evaluation will be completed and a work order will be opened. A fully accredited Service Technician will then provide you with options to repair your equipment. There is a minimum diagnostic fee of $29.99.

• Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m CST/CDT.

On-Site Service

CPU will report to your business/home location.  A member of our Technical Services staff will then evaluate the problem and provide you with the best solution. Repairs will begin immediately after you have determined your course of action.

• Onsite service is available to serve any business/home location.

• Work orders may be opened and service technicians dispatched during normal business hours.

• The hourly service rate will apply from the time the service technician leaves and returns to Computer Professionals Unlimited.

All hardware repair completion times are dependent upon parts availability and Warranty Repair.

Service Agreements

This is an innovative program designed to save you time and money. Under a variety of prepaid options, you never have to worry what to do when your system goes down. Here's how it works:

You prepay for service for the repair or maintenance of your computers and networks. Discounts are based on the amount you pay. You receive many added benefits including:

• Top priority response time at all levels
• Discounted labor rates
• Free telephone support
• No paperwork

All Service Agreements are "payment in advance" in exchange for discounted rates on services only. Parts are not applicable to this program. Service Agreement funds are for services and cannot be refunded once payment has been made. But CPU is confident we can meet all your service needs.

This plan is geared more for businesses, yet is available for individuals as well. Most of our clients are expert in their respected fields. They don't have the time to be experts in all areas of computing as well. With this program, CPU takes the burden of becoming the onsite computing solution expert. That way you can focus on what you do best, and CPU can help you get there.
